What you’ll do
- Own organic strategy across traditional SERPs and AI answer surfaces
- Structure content and schema so models retrieve and attribute us correctly
- Track AI-assistant citations and referrals, and grow them deliberately
- Run technical SEO audits with the web team
- Report organic and AI-sourced pipeline monthly
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of SEO experience with technical and content depth
- Working knowledge of generative engine optimisation — how AI assistants select and cite sources
- Experience with structured data, llms.txt-era conventions and content architecture for retrieval
- Strong analytics across Search Console, GA4 and AI-referral tracking
- Ability to collaborate with engineers on site performance and schema
