Your rights under the CCPA
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing.
Kimeur Labs does not sell personal information in the conventional sense. We do use analytics and advertising technology that, under the CCPA's broad definition, may count as sharing — which is why this form exists.
What happens next
- We verify the request against the information you give us.
- We respond within 45 days, or tell you before then if we need longer.
- Exercising these rights costs nothing and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
