SMS messaging program

Who sends our text messages, what they contain, how you opt in, and how to get help or stop them at any time.

1. Program overview

These terms describe the SMS messaging program operated by Kimeur Labs, LLC. All messages in the program are sent from our toll-free number +1 (888) 604-1118.

The program covers the following Kimeur Labs, LLC brands:

  • CashSDK
  • GiltGala
  • LocalDaddy
  • nocold.email
  • PreGov
  • SecretPaste
  • SubmitVibe
  • TexasRelocate
  • TokenUse
  • USAKIM
  • VeryHustle

Every message begins with the name of the brand it comes from, so you always know who is texting you — for example, “LocalDaddy: …”.

2. Messages we send

We only send messages that you have asked for:

  • One-time verification codes — when you sign up for an account, sign in, or confirm your phone number on a contact or quote request.
  • Account and transactional notifications that you requested, such as an update on a request you submitted.
  • Replies to support conversations that you started.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

Example messages:

LocalDaddy: Your verification code is 482913. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.

TexasRelocate: We received your moving quote request #QR-2291. We’ll text you here when it’s ready. Reply STOP to opt out.

TokenUse: Thanks for contacting support. Reply to this message to continue the conversation. Reply STOP to opt out.

3. How you opt in

You join the program only by giving us your mobile number yourself, on a Kimeur Labs, LLC brand website or app:

  1. You enter your mobile number in the phone field of a sign-up, sign-in, contact or quote form.
  2. Beside the field and the button, the form shows the consent statement below. Consent is never pre-selected: any consent checkbox is unchecked by default.
  3. You tap Send code (or the form's equivalent button) to receive a one-time verification code by SMS.

The consent statement reads, with the relevant brand name in place of [Brand]:

By providing your mobile number and tapping 'Send code', you agree to receive SMS messages from [Brand] (Kimeur Labs, LLC) about your account and requests, including one-time verification codes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We never add numbers to the program from purchased lists, from third parties, or from any source other than you.

4. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your account activity — for example, one message per verification code you request. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

5. How to opt out

You can stop receiving messages at any time. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message from +1 (888) 604-1118. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that:

Opting out stops text messages from this number for every brand listed above. If you opt out, we will not be able to send you verification codes by SMS.

6. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email us at hello@kimeurlabs.com. The reply to HELP reads:

7. Opting back in

If you have opted out and want to receive messages again, reply START to +1 (888) 604-1118:

8. Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will arrive.

9. Privacy

We never sell your mobile number or your SMS opt-in consent, and we never share them with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share them only with the service providers that deliver our messages, such as Twilio, and only for that purpose.
