Senior AI Software Engineer
Lead delivery teams building production AI systems for enterprise clients. You will architect services around frontier models — Claude, GPT and Gemini — and turn proof-of-concepts into systems that survive real traffic, real audits and real users.

What you’ll do
- Design and build LLM-powered services for client engagements, from architecture review to production cutover
- Set the engineering bar for prompt pipelines, structured outputs, tool use and model fallback strategies
- Pair with client engineers so the systems we hand over keep improving after we leave
- Establish evaluation harnesses and regression suites for model behaviour before every release
- Mentor engineers on AI-assisted development workflows and review their designs and code
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ shipping LLM-backed features to production
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Python, and daily fluency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot
- Hands-on integration experience with frontier model APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock)
- Working knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings and vector stores (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Experience designing APIs and event-driven backends that wrap model inference with guardrails and fallbacks
