Build the generative AI applications our enterprise clients put in front of their customers: copilots, retrieval-grounded assistants and agentic workflows, taken from discovery workshop to production launch.

What you’ll do
- Deliver end-to-end GenAI features — model integration, orchestration layer and user interface
- Prototype quickly in client workshops, then harden the winning concept for production
- Instrument token usage, latency and answer quality so clients can see cost and value per feature
- Build safe rollout paths: staged deployments, prompt versioning and kill switches
- Work alongside client teams and transfer ownership of the codebase as part of delivery
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of full stack experience with React, Next.js and Node.js or Python services
- Experience building conversational or copilot UIs — streaming responses, citations, feedback capture
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration patterns (RAG, function calling, agent loops) and frameworks such as LangGraph or the Vercel AI SDK
- Comfort with SQL and vector search, and with cloud deployment on AWS, Azure or GCP
- Fluency with AI pair-programming tools as part of your everyday workflow
