Automate the software lifecycle with AI: test generation, self-healing pipelines and AI-assisted code migration. You will build the internal leverage that lets small delivery teams move like large ones.

What you’ll do
- Build AI-assisted test generation and triage into client and internal pipelines
- Develop code-migration playbooks that pair static analysis with LLM transformation and human review
- Automate release evidence: changelogs, risk summaries and eval reports generated per build
- Instrument the delivery process and prove where AI automation moves the numbers
- Coach client engineering teams on adopting AI in their SDLC without losing rigour
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in test automation, developer tooling or CI/CD engineering
- Strong Python or TypeScript, with experience scripting against LLM APIs
- Experience with modern test stacks (Playwright, pytest) and CI systems (GitHub Actions)
- Familiarity with AI coding agents and batch code-transformation workflows
- Understanding of how to measure automation quality — flake rates, escaped defects, cycle time
