What you’ll do
- Scope and run discovery analyses that locate the highest-value AI use cases in client data
- Build and curate training and evaluation datasets for fine-tuning and RAG systems
- Design experiments and holdouts that measure what deployed AI actually changes
- Prototype models and hand them to engineering with clear acceptance criteria
- Present findings and recommendations to client steering committees
What we’re looking for
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent applied experience
- Strong Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch) and SQL
- Experience using LLMs for data work: enrichment, extraction, synthetic data and LLM-as-judge evaluation
- Grounding in experiment design and causal inference — you know when a lift is real
- Ability to present technical findings to non-technical client executives
