LLM Engineer
Own the language layer of client systems end to end: prompt architecture, retrieval grounding, fine-tuning and evaluation for assistants, extraction pipelines and multilingual document intelligence.

What you’ll do
- Design prompt and retrieval architectures for client assistants and document pipelines
- Fine-tune and evaluate models where prompting alone cannot reach the quality bar
- Build structured-output extraction from contracts, claims and clinical documents
- Tune multilingual behaviour for global client deployments
- Set the house standards for prompt versioning, testing and review
What we’re looking for
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or equivalent experience
- Production experience with frontier models (Claude, GPT, Gemini) and open-weight LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Qwen)
- Strong Python, with Hugging Face Transformers and fine-tuning experience (LoRA/PEFT, DPO)
- Deep understanding of RAG design: chunking, hybrid retrieval, reranking, citation grounding
- Experience building eval sets that catch hallucination and domain drift
