What you’ll do
- Run applied research programmes on reasoning, agent reliability and domain adaptation
- Prototype techniques from recent literature and pressure-test them on client-shaped problems
- Publish and present where it strengthens the practice
- Advise delivery teams when engagements hit open research problems
- Track frontier-lab releases and translate them into guidance clients can act on
What we’re looking for
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field, or equivalent research experience
- Publication record or open-source contributions in LLMs, agents, retrieval or evaluation
- Deep experience with PyTorch or JAX and modern training and inference stacks
- Ability to move from paper to prototype to production constraint in weeks
- Communication skills strong enough to brief both researchers and boardrooms
