What you’ll do
- Build executive dashboards that track AI initiatives from pilot to P&L impact
- Define measurement frameworks for engagements before the first model call ships
- Analyse usage and outcome data to find where AI systems help — and where they quietly fail
- Present findings to client stakeholders and turn them into next-quarter roadmaps
- Evaluate AI-native analytics tooling and set our internal standard
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or related field
- Experience with BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and strong SQL
- Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics and natural-language query tools
- Understanding of the metrics that matter for LLM systems: token cost, deflection, quality scores, adoption
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
