What you’ll do
- Build deployment pipelines that ship models, prompts and evals as one reviewed unit
- Stand up monitoring for quality, latency, cost and drift across client AI estates
- Automate retraining and re-evaluation loops with human approval where it matters
- Create the paved-road templates our delivery teams start every engagement from
- Coach client MLOps teams through their first year of operating LLM systems
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years across software engineering, DevOps or ML platform work
- Experience with ML/LLM lifecycle tooling — MLflow, Weights & Biases, LangSmith or equivalents
- Strong Kubernetes and CI/CD experience applied to model and prompt deployments
- Understanding of drift, regression and cost monitoring for LLM systems
