What you’ll do
- Run AI risk assessments and classification for client use cases before build starts
- Design human-oversight, incident-reporting and appeal processes for deployed systems
- Build governance tooling — model cards, decision logs, audit trails — into delivery
- Prepare clients for regulator and internal-audit scrutiny of AI systems
- Keep our governance playbooks current as regulation and standards move
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Law, Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years in data or AI governance, risk or compliance
- Working knowledge of the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001 and sector guidance (model risk management, HIPAA)
- Experience building model inventories, risk tiering and documentation workflows
- Ability to translate between legal, data science and executive vocabularies
