AI Governance Specialist

What you’ll do

  • Run AI risk assessments and classification for client use cases before build starts
  • Design human-oversight, incident-reporting and appeal processes for deployed systems
  • Build governance tooling — model cards, decision logs, audit trails — into delivery
  • Prepare clients for regulator and internal-audit scrutiny of AI systems
  • Keep our governance playbooks current as regulation and standards move

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Law, Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years in data or AI governance, risk or compliance
  • Working knowledge of the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001 and sector guidance (model risk management, HIPAA)
  • Experience building model inventories, risk tiering and documentation workflows
  • Ability to translate between legal, data science and executive vocabularies
