Design the AI products our clients ship: copilots, assistants and agent dashboards where trust is a design problem. You will work AI-natively, from Figma AI features to prompt-built prototypes.

What you’ll do
- Design AI product interfaces from discovery workshops to shipped releases
- Prototype with generative tools so clients react to something real in week one
- Define patterns for streaming responses, citations, confidence and human override
- Run design reviews with client teams and iterate on live usage data
- Contribute to our AI design pattern library used across engagements
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, with shipped AI or ML-powered product work
- Fluency in Figma, including its AI tooling, and prototyping with tools like v0 or Claude-assisted builds
- A portfolio showing conversational, copilot or data-dense enterprise interfaces
- Understanding of designing for probabilistic systems — uncertainty, error recovery, feedback loops
- Experience working in agile delivery teams alongside engineers
