What you’ll do
- Design motion systems for AI product states: generating, streaming, retrying, handing off to humans
- Build AI-assisted content workflows that cut production time while keeping quality control
- Create launch and explainer motion for client AI initiatives
- Define motion guidelines that engineering can implement faithfully
- Evaluate emerging generative motion tools and set usage standards
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of motion design with After Effects and modern web animation (Lottie, Rive)
- Hands-on with generative video and imagery tools (Runway, Sora-class models, Midjourney) inside a professional pipeline
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interface motion and brand work
- Understanding of motion as explanation — loading, streaming, thinking and error states for AI
- Ability to art-direct AI output to a consistent brand standard
