What you’ll do
- Lead design across client engagements from discovery through implementation support
- Map workflows and identify where AI assists, automates or stays out of the way
- Design human-in-the-loop experiences that keep experts in control
- Validate concepts with client users and evolve them on real feedback
- Help client design teams build their own AI design competence
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of product design experience with end-to-end case studies
- Experience designing AI-assisted workflows — summarisation, drafting, review queues, agent supervision
- Strong Figma craft plus comfort prototyping with AI design and code tools
- User-research literacy: you test AI concepts with real users before committing build
- Accessibility fluency, including for dynamic AI-generated content
