UX Researcher, Human-AI Interaction

What you’ll do
- Plan and run studies on AI features across client engagements — from concept tests to longitudinal adoption
- Measure trust, reliance and error-recovery behaviour, not just satisfaction
- Synthesise findings into pattern guidance for design and engineering
- Build lightweight research programmes clients can continue after handover
- Present evidence to stakeholders deciding how much autonomy to grant AI systems
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Psychology, or related field
- 3+ years of UX research experience, some of it on AI or ML-powered products
- Command of qualitative and quantitative methods, including telemetry-informed research
- Familiarity with human-AI interaction literature: trust calibration, automation bias, oversight design
- Experience using AI tools for synthesis while keeping methodological honesty
