What you’ll do
- Lead and mentor designers across concurrent AI engagements
- Own design quality: review work, raise the bar, unblock decisions
- Balance staffing across engagements and protect time for pattern-building
- Partner with engineering and data-science leads on delivery commitments
- Represent design in client steering meetings and executive reviews
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of design experience with 2+ years managing designers
- Personal track record shipping AI or ML-powered product design
- Strong opinions, loosely held, on AI design patterns and their failure modes
- Experience running design in a consulting or multi-stream delivery context
- Ability to hire, grow and retain designers through a fast-moving field
