What you’ll do
- Design content systems for client AI products, from onboarding to failure states
- Author and maintain persona and system-prompt guidelines with design and engineering
- Structure knowledge content so retrieval systems quote it accurately
- Set voice standards for generated text and build evals that police them
- Test copy with users, including how disclosure language affects trust
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of content design or UX writing experience
- Experience writing for AI surfaces: empty states, disclaimers, confidence language, refusal copy
- Hands-on prompt-writing skill — you treat system prompts as a craft surface
- Information-architecture fundamentals for help systems and knowledge bases feeding RAG
- Editorial judgement about AI voice: warm without pretending to be human
