What you’ll do
- Build working AI prototypes during discovery sprints and executive workshops
- Pressure-test feasibility early: latency, quality and cost signals before commitment
- Translate winning prototypes into specs engineering can harden
- Maintain our internal prototyping kit of components, prompts and eval scaffolds
- Scout new models and tools weekly and demo what changes our recommendations
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years at the intersection of design and engineering
- Strong TypeScript/React and Python, with AI-native building habits (Claude Code, Cursor, v0)
- Hands-on with frontier model APIs, RAG stacks and agent frameworks for prototype-grade builds
- Design sensibility good enough that your prototypes set the visual direction
- Storytelling skill — a prototype is an argument, and you know how to make it
