What you’ll do
- Run engagement rhythms: planning, reviews, demos and decision logs
- Track dependencies across design, model development and platform workstreams
- Use AI tooling to automate reporting so humans spend meetings deciding
- Surface risks early — data access, legal review, model quality — and drive them closed
- Continuously improve how our AI practice delivers
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of program management in design, product or consulting delivery
- Experience coordinating AI or data-heavy programmes with research-shaped uncertainty
- Fluency with modern PM tooling, including AI-assisted status, notes and planning workflows
- Strong stakeholder management across client and internal leadership
- Judgement about when process helps and when it is theatre
